Can I provide my own artwork or logo?
Yes. We welcome custom artwork and logos. Share your design while discussing your order and our team will help ensure it is reproduced accurately on your selected product.
Do you provide design assistance?
Yes. If you do not have production-ready artwork, our team can help you prepare a suitable custom design.
How long does a custom order take?
Customised products are generally dispatched 8–10 working days after design approval. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. After that, production may already have started and changes might not be possible.
Can customised products be returned?
Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact our support team promptly if there is a problem.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Ribbonwala ships customised products worldwide, subject to service availability for the destination.
